All members of the Media are invited to take part in the offerings of OLAFEST 2008.   Whether it be print, broadcast, online, or other, members of the media will be allowed access to our invited guests and festival staff.

However, for the sake of the security and safety of our invited guests as well as in consideration of their itinerary at the festival we require all members of the media to register with our Media Manager to facilitate proper coordination. 

Those members of the media who register with our Media Manager will be allowed one-on-one interviews as well as a suitable accomodations at the festival to carry on the interview. 

Registered media members will be provided with a Press Pass good for all festival events.  Members of the media who show up to events without a Press Pass may be denied access, primarily due to capacity limitations at the venue.

Guidelines:

1) No flash photography during film screenings.

2) No video taping of film screenings.

3) When in doubt ask the Media Manager
